Rooted in the 120-year tradition of Kinzangama kiln in Komatsu, Ishikawa, I carry forward the heritage of Kutani porcelain while finding inspiration in the ever-shifting presence of nature—its light and shadow, its seasonal hues, its transient atmospheres—expressed through the artistry of overglaze enamels and gold.
